Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- All accessories, tags, and free gifts (if any) must be included
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order number) is required
3. Reasons for Return
Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Item is defective or faulty
- Item received is incorrect (wrong product, size, or variant)
- Item is damaged during delivery

5. Return Method
Returns are handled directly by the merchant.
Depending on the merchant’s instructions, returns may be completed via:
- Mail / courier return, or
- Other methods as agreed between you and the merchant
6. Return Shipping Cost
- If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by the merchant
- For other reasons, return shipping costs may be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed
7. Refund Process
Once the return is approved:
- The merchant will process the refund via the original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your bank or card statement
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by misuse
Items not returned in original condition
Any items specified by the merchant as non-returnable
9. Order Cancellation
- Orders that have not been processed or shipped may be cancelled
- If payment has already been made, cancellation may result in a refund
- Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and a return request should be submitted instead
